What you will do:

• Provides an activity program appropriate to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, and recreational needs of each resident
• Provides the opportunity for residents to engage in normal pursuits, as well as promoting a successful and well-balanced leisure lifestyle
• Works with all disciplines to assist the resident in reaching their highest level of independence
• Plans and monitors leisure activities for recreation and therapeutic purposes, designed to enhance the quality of life of each resident as well as maintain an open working relationship with the resident's family and/or guardian.
• Participates in Care Plan Conferences

Must have:

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience in a long-term care setting

As required by state and local law, North Auburn Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that North Auburn Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
