POSITION SUMMARY
Process planning, launching the manufacturing of new product, roll-out new manufacturing technology and support / develop the process CI activity. Responsible for manufacturing process development of air filter parts, continuously improving efficiency and quality performance by optimizing manufacturing process.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise launching performance and take leading role for project transfer
- Support the CI process team for process improvement and quality improvement
- Participate in the activities of project in RFQ phase, provide process data etc. information
- Determine and develop the manufacturing concept including process layout (considering lessons learned from prototyping phases)
- Specify required machines, tools and fixtures respecting available standards
- Define required process schedule and personnel
- Verify and confirm manufacturing feasibility of product
- Setup and update Standardized Work Chart
- Conduct Process FMEA and contribute to Design FMEA
- Check available and required equipment and prepare capex request for required capital equipment and obtain approval.
- Develop the process documentation required by the systematic standard and / or other applicable standards
- Ensure fulfillment of (short term and long term) process capability and equipment safety requirement
- Take lead of project sample manufacturing, include internal performance test
- Lead new process / technology roll out in team
- Contribute to project success by regular attendance of project team meetings, reporting of status and co-operation with other team members
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES
Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent education in the field of EngineeringExperiences : >4 years of relevant work experience in Production Planning
Knowledge of Lean Production Principles, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, etc.Required Skills : Knowledge in ISO / TS 16949Experience and knowledge in APQP tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.)Proficient use of IT-tools (MS Office, cProjects, CIMDATABASE, SAP…)Competencies : Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills / Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills and ability to support a team environment
