Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Research issues, resolve complaints, and provide solutions while maintaining customer records
Adhere to call handling procedures and meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills in English and Yup'ik, both verbal and written
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
1-3 years of previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
Familiarity with contact center software is preferred
