Associate Scientist

A company is looking for an Associate Scientist I.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing on new Transfusion Medicine products to support FDA submissions

Execute assays and operate transfusion-related instruments in accordance with approved study protocols

Accurately document experimental data, observations, and results following GLP standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline required (Master's degree considered overqualified)

1-2 years of laboratory experience preferred; entry-level candidates considered

Familiarity with laboratory instruments; experience with client-specific instruments a plus

Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality-focused lab environments preferred

Adaptable, quick learner with the ability to work in a regulated lab setting
