We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Specialized Business / Systems Analyst IV with deep expertise in end-to-end testing and prior experience working with Spectrum / Client's environments, specifically CSG / ICOMS billing systems.
This role is responsible for analyzing IT systems operations, serving as a liaison between business users and engineering teams, and driving efficiencies in testing and systems improvement processes.
A proactive, curious, and team-oriented mindset is key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems operations.
- Determine user needs and requirements and recommend improvements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between users and engineering / development teams.
- Identify, document, report, and track system issues.
- Translate business needs into formal technical requirements and documentation.
- Lead and perform end-to-end testing efforts across service delivery and construction processes.
- Bring innovative ideas to streamline testing and system analysis processes.
- Challenge traditional processes and advocate for improvements in collaboration with business and leadership teams.
- Quickly adapt to new systems and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Foster a collaborative and energetic team culture.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a Business / Systems Analyst or similar role.Proven end-to-end testing expertise, particularly in service delivery and construction workflows.Prior experience with Spectrum / Client's environments and familiarity with CSG / ICOMS billing systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with a proactive and outgoing personality.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.Demonstrated ability to think critically and drive process innovation.Preferred Qualifications
