A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support Texas-based Call Center operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls regarding Texas Medicaid benefits, claims, and authorizations
Provide accurate information on STAR, CHIP, and HHCS services
Document interactions and resolve member concerns with empathy and efficiency
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of healthcare call center experience, preferably with Texas Medicaid
Must be a Texas resident
Familiarity with Texas Medicaid, STAR, CHIP, and HHCS
Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnosis codes
Proficient in computer systems and call tracking tools
