This job involves identifying issues and recommending best practices in employee relations. The Manager leads functional projects, provides training to managers, and collaborates with teams to analyze business trends. Their contributions aim to enhance employee engagement and drive process improvements within the function.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Identify issues and recommend best practices for employee relations.
• Lead functional projects and programs that enhance employee engagement.
• Provide training and support to managers on employee relations policies.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze business trends and their impact on employee relations.
• Contribute to process improvements within the employee relations function.

Expected Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Work Permit and Relocation Prerequisites: Must already possess valid authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised/located. Relocation support will not be provided for this role.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Scottsdale, Arizona | ($100,500.00 - $149,600.00 Annually)

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
