The incumbent of this position serves as the Supervisory Program Analyst, Resource Management Division, and Defense Manpower Data Center. The Financial Management Division is responsible for accomplishing a wide variety of financial and analytical duties in the planning, analyzing, formulating, justifying, presenting, executing, and reviewing the financial budgets for Operations and Maintenance, Procurement Defense Agencies, and Research and Development.
