Job Description

Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment. Develops procedures and processes. Performs tests or inspections and collects data. Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations. Provides feedback on adverse trends. Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products. Conducts certification preparation training.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

• General knowledge of Eddy Current NDT on aircraft and related components such as bolt holes, corrosion / thickness, surface / sub-surface and conductivity.
• Analyzes routine data.
• Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
• Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results to customers through entries in quality records and / or test reports.
• Performs setup of routine test or measurement equipment. Performs routine tests. Assists in the documentation of

procedures and technique sheets for setting up test equipment.
