Community Relations Director – Home Care (Dallas, TX)
What We’re Looking For
This role is for a sales-focused leader who thrives on building referral relationships, signing up new clients and managing those relationships for long-term growth. You’ll have the autonomy to grow your own book of business, backed by a proven playbook, a dedicated operations team and 10+ years of local success.
Self-starter – you work independently, take initiative and are accountable for results.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with our Operations team (scheduling, recruiting, caregiver management) so you can stay focused on clients, accounts and growth.
