We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Field Electrician to join a world-class leader in the heavy building materials industry. This position is based in the Houston, TX area and will support several local recycled concrete and rail yard facilities. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills, a background in industrial or plant environments, and the ability to lead repairs, maintenance, and system upgrades for process control and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and process control work to ensure maximum production efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute all in-house electrical repairs, upgrades, and plant control projects across multiple Houston-area sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair AC / DC motor controls, drives, and production conveyor belt scales.
• Research and implement upgrades to improve plant safety, reliability, and performance.
• Partner with the engineering team and outside contractors to complete capital improvement projects on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with MSHA safety standards and lead by example in all aspects of safety and company culture.
• Provide guidance and technical support to operations and maintenance teams as needed.
