Job Details : SUMMARY :

As a Supervisor Live Haul, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of live broilers to the processing plant. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from scheduling and monitoring to promoting safety and ensuring smooth operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesScheduling and Monitoring

• Schedule the catching, loading, and hauling of live broilers to the processing plant.
• Monitor DOAs (Dead on Arrival) to ensure the health and safety of the broilers during transport.

Safety Promotion

Driver and Catcher Coordination

Collaboration and Supervision

Equipment Maintenance

Additional Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience : 3 plus years experience in live haul or equivalent Class A CDL preferred welding experience preferred.

Computer Skills : Requires basic computer skills sending and answering emails building and changing spreadsheets.

Supervisory : This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.

Travel : 1 per year
