Our client is seeking to add a Solutions Architect to manage enterprise client relationships, oversee the deployment of new and existing environments, provide expert support, and resolve complex technical queries. Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic guidance and proactive support.
- Plan, coordinate, manage, and support the deployment of new and existing enterprise environments.
- Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including engineering and product, to deliver seamless solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support to enterprise clients, resolving complex technical issues in their environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Document and communicate resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
Requirements :
Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, with a focus on enterprise clients.Strong knowledge of networking, system architecture, and enterprise-grade technologies.Experience with deploying and managing environments in enterprise settings.Familiarity with security concepts, including HSMs, PKI, and key management.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex support scenarios.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Comprehensive Benefits Included
