Implementation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Implementation to lead and grow their implementation team and oversee client onboarding and deployment of their platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the Implementation team, providing guidance and support

Oversee client implementations from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful onboarding

Develop and optimize implementation processes, workflows, and documentation

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience managing a team in ERP or accounting software implementations

7-10 years of experience with ERP or accounting software implementation

Proven experience in accounting and finance with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP

Prior experience managing or mentoring team members within an implementation function

Strong project management and organizational skills
