Solutions Architect

Job Summary :

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, implementing and executing professional services projects for the team / clients. they will collaborate with the team to identify optimal solutions, modify systems and ensure that the service meets the needs of the organization / client.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the SLAs are executed in the operational tasks of the assigned accounts.
• Responsible for the infrastructure of the Data Center USA - BRAZIL.
• Responsable for the availability and operation of the assigned service(s).
• Design the project architecture of the assigned accounts.
• Maintain the Adistec Solutions portfolio.
• Perform testing of different vendor products for the creation of new service offerings.
• Design and implement PoC (Proof of Concept) for potential customers.
• Implement new technologies in the Data Center.
• Escalate AS related issues to ATS.
• Provide support in testing to replicate failures and find root cause.
• Interact with suppliers and manufacturers of technology services from Adistec's current portfolio.
• Be responsible for special projects in Data Centers (BGP - Routing, upgrades, interconnections, Internet, etc.).
• Develop solutions for moderate to very difficult engineering problems
• Collaborate with other engineers to implement operational solutions while defining and adhering to industry best practices.
• Execute professional services area consulting projects.
• Note : The position may perform other projects or tasks as requested or assigned.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
