Job description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Development Representative to support varies regions in Canada. Candidates will work with the Director of Sales to create and execute strategic growth plans that exceed company financial objectives. Candidates will be required to hit metrics surrounding Sales Numbers (Cold Calls & Meetings), Pipeline forecasted that turns into orders, and demonstrations. Goals & metrics are set quarterly with Director of Sales to hit targets. They will develop, manage, and grow sales throughout the assigned territory and utilizes the entire product portfolio. Min responsibilities of the role include : Medication and Medical Carts, Point of Care Products, and all other appropriate Healthcare products through a mix of Direct Selling efforts and utilization of Partners or previous relationships to increases presence within hospitals / healthcare companies. You will leverage key decision makers and influencers in pharmacy, end user clinical roles, supply chain, IT, and administration by providing a comprehensive strategy promoting the value of the complete product and service solutions. Additionally, candidates will maintain CRM database to include opportunity detail, forecast, and pipeline data. Regular and consistent maintenance is required. Occasionally, candidates will attends trade shows as needed or as directed by the Director of Sales.

  • Experience with selling into the hospitals and health centers industries

o Products such as Medication & Medical carts, applicable software, and Mobile Computing Workstations

  • Three or more years of sales experience within Capital / Point-of-Care equipment in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working with Purchasing Platforms- Purchasing networks within healthcare systems for RFPs, billing, and processing
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience utilizing salesforce (or related tool) for reporting / quotes / documentation
  • Experience working with / selling Dell or Oracle Products in a Healthcare environment
  • Experience working within a Medication Management / Delivery company
  • Experience working in industries / companies that package & Delivery medications via software
  • Fluent in English & French
