Job Description

As a Web Designer at Wonderist, you’ll lead with design thinking and produce high-quality, user-centered web experiences for small business clients primarily in the dental space. You’ll bring creative strategy, brand understanding, and excellent visual execution to every project, while collaborating cross-functionally with development, content, and marketing teams.

Essential Functions

Web Design & UI / UX Execution : Creates compelling, polished, and responsive web designs that translate business goals and brand identity into intuitive user experiences.

• Create polished, high-fidelity web design mockups that prioritize accessibility and user-friendliness, while applying a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and conversion-oriented best practices.
• Translate brand identity and business goals into compelling, responsive web designs
• Confidently present and advocate for strategic design decisions with clients, while thoughtfully incorporating their feedback to meet project goals without compromising design integrity or usability.

Client Collaboration : This role is client-facing and requires a confident professional who can translate complex design decisions and the creative process into clear, confidence-building conversations. You will be responsible for building trust with clients and strategically incorporating their feedback.

Internal Projects & Initiatives : This role goes beyond day-to-day project work. You will be a proactive contributor to our internal team, helping to identify and implement improvements to our processes and tools.
