Pay Range : $26.84 - $32.32 per hour, based on experience

Schedule : 7 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

What You'll Do

As the CNC Shop Foreman, you'll be the go-to leader on the production floor. Your daily responsibilities will include :

• Supervising daily operations in a CNC-based cabinet shop, ensuring top-notch quality, efficiency, and safety
• Leading a team of CNC operators and cabinetmakers, assigning tasks and monitoring workflow
• Overseeing setup, programming, and operation of CNC machinery (including Edgebander and Homag equipment)
• Managing production schedules to meet deadlines for custom cabinetry projects
• Enforcing quality control standards to ensure precision craftsmanship
• Coordinating tooling, machine maintenance, and inventory with purchasing and maintenance teams
• Promoting workplace safety and maintaining an organized, clean shop environment
• Training and mentoring staff on best practices and production techniques
