Sr Analyst - ATL

About Our Client

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team and support the acquisition, development, and asset management of commercial and office-focused investments. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of relevant real estate experience, preferably from another operator or institutional investment platform. While office experience is strongly preferred, we will consider candidates from other asset classes who demonstrate strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in transitioning into commercial real estate.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and preparation of investment memoranda.
• Support the due diligence process, including lease abstracting, financial review, and coordination of third-party reports.
• Partner with asset management and development teams to track project performance and assist with executing business plans.
• Conduct market, leasing, and competitive analyses to inform underwriting assumptions and strategy.
• Prepare materials for internal investment committees, partners, and lenders.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent execution from acquisition through disposition.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, or asset management; prior office or commercial experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required; Argus experience preferred).
• Familiarity with investment memoranda preparation and exposure to transaction processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.
