Retail Manager
Exemplifies strong customer service in every aspect of the job. Directs and controls the operation of the Center Store Departments, including supervising and training personnel to achieve departmental and store sales and profit objectives. Provides feedback and recommendations on operational issues and personnel decisions to Store Director and Division Management.
Key responsibilities include championing corporate and division customer service programs, managing total store operations, overseeing the Center Store Departments, implementing and controlling operating and merchandising policies, supervising inventory and personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety and security standards.
Skills and physical requirements include extensive retail background, strong communication and leadership skills, business and financial knowledge, and the ability to perform both office and manual work. Occasional travel, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
The work environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and compliance with Company grooming standards and dress code.
