The Senior Health Center is seeking a per diem CNA-M to join their team!

Summary : This position is per diem with variable hours.

The Certified Nursing Assistant-Medication- LTC - MID - Long Term Care role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents. The Certified Nursing Assistant-Medications - Long Term Care completes a 120-hour medication course and upon passing the state exam, is permitted to administer medications in a health care facility under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License / Certifications : Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required. Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant-Medications (CNA-M) required. Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Medication Technician required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
  • Experience : One year of experience in either Medical Surgical Nursing, Long Term Care, including Dementia Care and / or Skilled Care or Home Care setting preferred.
