Responsibilities

• Manage client service accounts and align with expectations
• Drive quality assurance and maintain elevated standards in deliverables
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary alignment to enhance user experience
• Utilize a systems perspective to integrate multiple initiatives
• Encourage innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team you will lead design strategy and execution across a range of complex product environments. As a Manager, you will supervise, develop, and coach teams while managing client service accounts and driving assigned client engagement workstreams. This role requires a focus on inspiring and coaching others, maintaining quality and alignment, and thriving in ambiguous situations to facilitate collaboration and clarity.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is : $99,000 - $266,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
