Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, data science, or a related field

2-4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistics

Strong understanding of statistical analyses and machine learning techniques

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and analysis

Experience in workforce optimization or HR analytics
