Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through final delivery. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to address challenges or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and management. Manage subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluations. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have :

  • A strong background in construction and property, including project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment like New York.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
