This position is for a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a growing manufacturing organization (located in the Norwood area of Massachusetts, south of Boston!) with multiple locations in the US and globally, and be a key member of the growth of the technology division. Your responsibilities will include successful project management and delivery, stakeholder engagement and vendor management, requirements gathering, system training and documentation, system implementation and support. You will work with stakeholders at all levels, and have the opportunity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Successful Applicant

The successful Business Systems Analyst will have :

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Must have ERP & SQL experience, Oracle ERP preferred
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the manufacturing industry
• Experience leading projects, with proven examples of successful delivery
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication
