How you contribute to our success
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will work within the growth team and at the direction of the sales leaders and the Demand Generation Manager to support Navigate’s Wellbeing platform sales through assigned channel partner relationships (brokerage firms, reseller organizations, direct companies etc.). The SDR will work in collaboration with the sales leader and SDR Manager to assist the business development team in generating, contacting, and nurturing warm leads to identify viable opportunities and to schedule first meetings. The SDR will qualify and direct outbound sales opportunities to the appropriate business development representative, to advance the Navigate brand and secure sales. This position will have minimal travel. This role may be considered as a path to a sales position over time for the right candidate if desired.
Success for this position is measured by your ability to schedule meetings for the business development team, cultivate leads into viable opportunities maintain accurate CRM records, and foster collaboration between sales and marketing departments.
