General Laborer - Construction

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to support the rough carpentry and self-perform division at a hospital construction site. This position requires a commitment to quality and safety, with a focus on assisting in various general labor tasks and minor rough carpentry duties.

Shift : 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm

Pay : $18-$21 / hr

Responsibilities :

• Perform general labor tasks on the construction site.
• Assist with minor rough carpentry, including setting up temporary window protection.
• Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades on site to ensure project efficiency.

Work Environment :

Work on-site at a hospital construction area, where conditions vary with the weather. Engage in a collaborative environment with other subcontractors and trades. Dress appropriately for a construction setting, with personal protective equipment (PPE) required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm, guaranteeing 40 hours per week.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cocoa Beach, Florida.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
