7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, every other weekend as needed.

Job Description

The Medical / Surgical-Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. This position plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document patient health status and needs.
  • Coordinate with healthcare team members to implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
  • ACLS, BLS, CPI / HWC / MAB, and NIH certifications are required prior to starting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical / surgical or telemetry environment preferred.
