We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Madison, WI sales office. This key role will provide administrative support to the sales manager and sales associates, oversee and perform office operation duties, interpret and enforce company policy and provide exceptional customer service. Assists with scheduling and running the monthly commercial statewide division meetings, handles annual commercial projects, and sends commercial materials as needed
This is a critical position in our office and requires strong administrative, project and time management skills as well as a desire to sustain a positive and productive environment in our busy office. This is a full-time in-office position, working Monday through Friday.

Qualifications
Education :
High school diploma or equivalentPost secondary education preferred.Experience :
Three plus years of related experience strongly preferred.Knowledge and Skills :
