Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Remote / Hybrid | Supports Colonial Heights, VA Clinic

Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 / year (based on experience & performance)

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children build communication, social, and independence skills.

We’re hiring a remote / hybrid BCBA to support our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. This role offers remote administrative and supervisory work, with 2–3 onsite days per month for collaboration, direct supervision, and team connection.

Position Highlights

• Location : Supports Colonial Heights, VA clinic

• Reports To : Clinical Director
• Compensation : $80,000–$100,000 / year based on experience, with bonus potential
• Caseload : Manageable and structured to prioritize quality outcomes

Requirements

Active BCBA certification (in good standing) Active LBA certification for Virginia, or willing to obtain Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder Collaborative, strengths-based approach to care Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
