  • Salary range :

91,000 ~ $110,000 / year

  • Experience requirements :
  • Minimum 5 years in practicing criminal law
  • At least 25+ trial representations from individual cases
  • Plus factor
  • Federal criminal experience as a plus.
  • Job Description :
  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Federal Criminal Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in criminal law and demonstrate a commitment to advocating for clients in federal criminal cases. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representing clients in court, and navigating the complexities of federal criminal legislation.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Represent clients in federal court, preparing and presenting cases effectively.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Negotiate settlements and plea deals on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to build strong case strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  • Qualifications :
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar and a valid license to practice law.
  • Proven work experience as a criminal lawyer or in a similar role.
  • Strong critical thinking, research, and analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle potentially disturbing situations.
  • Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team of attorneys.
