Shift / Work Schedule : 8 : 30am - 5pm, Mon - Thurs, Friday is 8 : 30am - 4pm, Lunch 12pm - 1 : 30pm

Work Hours : Full time is 4.5 days per week

Start Date : ASAP

Call Schedule : 6 weekends per year (involves office hours both Sat and Sunday of 8 : 30 - 4pm) weeknight call up to twice per month, involves office hours of 5pm - 7 : 30pm

Facility Type : Private Practice

Clinical Setting : Outpatient

Patients Per day : 30-35 (clinic total)

Location : Paramus / Park Ridge (Covering both locations) in Bergen County

Procedures Required : Just office visits, no special procedures

Support Staff : Medical assistant or nurse is dedicated to you for the day

Job Description / Responsibilities : Outpatient pediatric care, both well and sick visits, electronic chart documentation

Credentialing and Licensing Requirements : BC / BE. Must pass boards by 3rd try.

Willing to accept J1 or H1 visa candidates? : No

Base Salary / Total compensation range : $185,000 - $230,000 salary (based on experience)

Bonus / RVU, sign on, relocation or Incentive structure : Bonus AFTER one year based on merit

Hiring Process : Meet with managing physician and Chief Operating Officer first, then shadow for a day
