School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Wonder Lake, IL

Setting : Onsite School-Based

Schedule : Full-Time (37.5 hours / week)

Start Date : Upcoming School Year

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY) for a full-time, onsite role in Wonder Lake, IL. This position is for the upcoming school year and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive school environment focused on student growth and communication development.

About the Role :

This full-time position will support students with a variety of speech and language needs. The SLP will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP goals, delivering direct and consultative therapy, and collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as required

Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with the school team

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided

Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff

Qualifications :

Active Illinois SLP-CCC or CFY license

Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois (required)

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong collaboration and communication skills
