Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team and Clinical Supervisor.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings, aligned with treatment goals.
  • Participate actively in weekly Treatment Team meetings.
  • Connect clients and families with identified services and resources.
  • Act as a liaison with other professionals, agencies, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as per regulations.
  • Proactively recruit new referrals to maintain a robust caseload.
  • Provide 24 / 7 on-call support for clients as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all state regulatory bodies and COA standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a human service discipline such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or Criminal Justice.
  • At least two years of experience working with children and / or families, including internships or volunteer work.
