Job Title : Sales Representative Local Restaurants & Rec / Retail

Overview :
The Away from Home GEO Sales Representative will execute a strategic selling plan to grow local Foodservice business while supporting existing accounts. This role focuses on managing key customer relationships, executing agreements, and driving sales in alignment with Food and Beverage North America (PBNA) objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fact-based selling, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and win new local restaurant and recreational / retail business within the assigned territory.
Utilize technology and analytics to plan and support sales efforts effectively.
Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts through strategic account management and fact-based selling.
Execute contracts and customer development agreements, including trade payment management.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and timely contract renewals.
Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to maximize brand performance.
Ensure customer compliance with PBNA contract requirements.
Collaborate with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction and delivery service.
Partner with MEM Equipment teams to coordinate installation, repair, and removal of customer equipment (including inactive assets).
Support client initiatives such as Zero Sugar valve conversions for Fountain, Tap, and Nostalgic (FTN) customers.
Analyze customer information, sales trends, and business performance to inform strategy.
Communicate product needs, in-stock opportunities, and supply adjustments.
Optimize beverage mix per PBNA guidelines, including poppi sell-in to target accounts.
Provide administrative support for AR / Billing and other customer service needs.
Coordinate growth of fountain, bottled, and canned beverage volumes.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of fact-based sales experience.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Food Service or Consumer Packaged Goods (Client) preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.
Must be authorized to work in the client states.
Must have a valid driver s license, clean DMV record, and reliable personal vehicle.
