As a Strategy Insights & Planning (Associate Consultant / Consultant), you will work alongside a team of experts to design and deliver solutions that address a broad range of business challenges. You will leverage advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques to provide rigorous research and analysis, underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop solutions to clients' business problems using problem-solving skills and frameworks.
Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making.
Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
Synthesize and communicate results to clients and teams through oral and written presentations.
Develop client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on specific project aspects.
Support the management of the program plan and conduct regular status updates with the client, including risk and issue mitigation.
Drive project progress to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
Enhance problem-solving skills and improve capabilities.
Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams.
Essential Skills & Requirements :
PhD or Master's degree with a bachelor's degree in a field with quantitative coursework such as business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, and social sciences. In lieu of a PhD, 2-5 years of relevant post-study professional experience will be considered.
Strong market access and pricing experience in the Pharma industry.
