HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Conduct new employee orientation and assist with communicating changes to the employee handbook.
• Audit employee file for accuracy and help prepare for any additional audits.
• Be available to answer questions, provide training, give assistance, and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct and monitor the training of all new and existing management for consistency in interviewing, orienting, managing, and reviewing their staff in compliance with all employment laws and policy and procedures.
• All aspects of recruitment for new staff both externally and internally.
• Assist with administration of the international student and housing program.
• Safeguard and protect all company assets in your care and the confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Demonstrate good judgment in investigating and solving problems.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or related to field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of office management experience preferred.
• Strong in demanding, fast-paced, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
• Adept to problem-solving and people support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Korean, Chinese, Filipino and English
