A company is looking for a Lifecycle Management Specialist to enhance member success and retention through personalized communications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Email, SMS, and Push Marketing campaigns using Customer.io

Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement actionable improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project requirements and timelines

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in managing SMS, Push notification, and email campaigns

Experience with Customer.io or a similar marketing platform

Proficiency in designing engaging email templates

Strong data analysis skills
