A company is looking for a Junior PM / Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Document, update, and maintain project and program schedules
Support and track key risks and issues, keeping logs accurate and updated
Administer program collaboration spaces and key meetings, including logistics and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
1-5 years in project management, project coordination, or managing consulting experience
Emerging experience in project and program management lifecycle, tools, and processes
Basic experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet & Jira
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams)
