A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator to provide front-office support to clinical teams delivering care through in-home and virtual visits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and other forms of communication, ensuring messages are routed to the appropriate care team member
Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents
Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of patient care activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
1+ year of call center experience or equivalent
Proficiency in telephony and medical record systems
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
