Position Snapshot :
- Spearhead the specialty product roadmap, defining and executing the divisional strategy.
 - Uncover new opportunities beyond our existing product lines.
 - Provide strategic sales and marketing guidance to your team, establishing Regional Champions.
 - Take ownership as the Specialty Products liaison in the Central Division, driving implementation, evaluation, and development of the specialty sales platform.
 - Manage the entire lifecycle of the specialty product line, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
 - Stay ahead of market requirements through ongoing research and customer interactions.
 - Develop pricing strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals.
 - Contribute to purchasing strategies for enhanced sales and profit performance.
 - Collaborate with vendors and explore exclusive agreements.
 - Present face-to-face demos to sales teams and target customers.
 - Drive action plans, identify sales leads, and incorporate technology to achieve goals.
 - Demonstrate a self-managing, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
 
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years in tool or fastener salesProven management experience.Business Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred.Self-starter with a track record of working independently.Exceptional qualifying and prospecting skills.Enjoy competitive benefits :
