What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Oversee back-of-house staffing : train, coach, and mentor future leaders.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and facility upkeep.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and profitability targets.
- Partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences.
