Job description

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Johnson City, New York.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : CT Technologist
  • Discipline : Allied Health Professional
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days, nights
  • Employment Type : Travel

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintains confidentiality of patients and hospital information.
  • Complies with hospital policies on incident reporting.
  • Performs CT procedures as requested by physicians.
  • Practices adequate radiation safety for patients and co-workers.
  • Participates in Radiology Management System functions related to patient procedures.
  • Provides patient education as required.
  • Maintains effective communication with referring physicians and radiologist staff.
  • Adheres to service delivery standards in patient, visitor, and employee interactions.
  • Follows appropriate clinical principles, methods, and procedures for CT procedures.
  • Performs other duties as required

    • Certifications & Licensure – Required :

    NYS Radiology Technologist license (NYS Department of Health)

    ARRT®

    BLS Certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)
