Responsibilities

• Perform high quality ultrasound procedures to support patient care.
• Provide patient education and demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure positive outcomes.
• Support the organization's priorities to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork by supporting the Ultrasound department and other Imaging Services areas as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Ultrasound Certificate, Associate or Bachelor degree from an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology
• Registered by the ARDMS or ARRT within 90 days of hire and within good standing
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Licensed by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare
• Registered in specialized disciplines
