Position Summary :

The Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Oversight Consultant to provide expert technical and managerial oversight during the implementation of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, transitioning from the legacy Cherwell system to ServiceNow. This role will act as a specialized subject matter expert (SME) and liaison between the State’s internal project teams and the contracted vendor. The consultant will ensure that the implementation aligns with the State’s enterprise architecture, technical standards, and operational requirements—facilitating a smooth and successful transition for all state agencies.
