Senior Project Manager

Project Manager 100% Remote

Location : Remote (Candidates must reside within a 6-hour driving distance of Lexington, KY and be willing to travel to Lexington 12 times per month)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead and execute medium to advanced-level projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and successful achievement of objectives. The ideal candidate will develop, review, and coordinate comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and staff activities, while assisting in the development of scoping documents and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium to advanced-level projects requiring strong project management expertise.
• Develop, review, and coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets, activities, materials, equipment, tools, and staff.
• Assist in creating scoping documents, deliverables, and cost estimates.
• Gather and analyze data for reporting on project progress, deliverables, and budget.
• Identify and recommend solutions for project plan deviations and work-related issues with minimal impact and risk.
• Ensure contractors adhere to system safety processes.
• Actively participate in project management team discussions; communicate and coordinate with customers and partner companies.
• Provide guidance and training to team members and review their work as assigned.
• Utilize technical project management tools and provide technical support to the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction personnel. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Additional Details

Work Arrangement : 100% remote with occasional travel (12 times per month) to Lexington, KY. Eligibility : Candidates must live within a 6-hour driving distance of Lexington, KY.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
