What You'll Do
- Partner with engineering teams to create and update diagnostic information and procedures contained in the diagnostics database for use by non-engineers
- Collaborate with various engineering and quality teams to gather technical information
- Understand technical problems and communicate them effectively to non-technical people
- Validate information for accuracy and use a routing and review process for document approval
- Edit content according to a style guide and enforce organization standards
- Improve editorial and visual standards for documentation and recommend new designs, layouts, and formatting as needed
- Manage tasks and information flow using collaboration software (such as JIRA, SharePoint, and custom databases)
What You'll Bring
