Staffing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to support our operations through full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
What You'll Do :
- Manage full-cycle staffing for branch hiring needs
- Partner with Operations to understand and meet staffing requirements
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
- Support licensing, compliance, and time-to-fill goals
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a positive start for each employee
- Build relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
