About the Role

Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams across scientific, engineering, and technical domains. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills , capable of driving complex projects in a regulated medical device environment .

You’ll play a key role in managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications , ensuring successful delivery of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical and scientific teams through all phases of project management : initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Drive timely resolution of complex challenges by developing strategic plans, budgets, and resourcing.
• Own project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Communicate progress and updates effectively across all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to ensure project success.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) , and internal standards.
• Apply PMBOK best practices and promote continuous improvement within project execution.
