Reviews invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation for conformance in accordance with Customs regulations and corporate policies.

Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system.

Obtains necessary, or missing, documentation by calling client when required.

Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance.

Prepares and submits Customs Declarations / Entries to US Customs.

Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.

Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

Job will require regular and punctual attendance as well as presence on-site at the assigned work location.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Customer Service skills, telephone and email communication.

Basic computer skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to deal with changing priorities.

Above average mathematic skills.

Data entry / data accuracy skills.

High School graduate or GED, working toward GED.

1 year experience in heavy data entry.

MUST COMPLETE PI ASSESSMENT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
